Abstract
결론
본 증례의 7세 여자 환자에서는 골막성 결손, 안구돌출 및 요붕중이 존재하고 치아의 동
요와 치은염증을 보이는 구강내 소견과 지질이 축적된 포말세포 형태의 조직구 증식을 보임
으로써 조직구증식증의 한 유형인 Hand-Schuller-Christian병의 임상적, 방사선학적 및 조
직병리학적 소견을 모두 갖고 있었다.
또한 15개월 후 주기적 검진결과에서 볼 수 있듯이 다뇨증상은 보였으나 두개골 및 하악
골에서의 골파괴 병소가 현저히 감소되어 거의 정상에 가깝게 치유되어었을 뿐아니라 연조
직 보다는 주로 골조직에 이환을 나타냈으며, 전신적으로 양호한 건강상태를 유지하고 있는
점으로 미루어 보아 좋은 예후를 가진다고 보아진다.
치과적 처치로는 발치 및 보존치료를 해주었으며 구강위생 상태를 개선시켜 주었고, 향후
유치의 조기탈락과 이동에 따라 영구치의 조기맹출 및 위치이상을 예견할 수 있으므로 주기
적 검진과 함께 소아교정치료가 고려되어야 하겠다.

Histiocytosis X is a proliferative disorder of histiocytes that consisting of three clinical
syndromes which shared several basic clinical and histopathologic features ;
Letterer-Siwe disease, Hand-Schuller-Christian disease, and eosinophilic granuloma
Hand-Schuller-Christian disease commonly affects older children between the ages of
5 and 10, but may be seen in any age group. It typically follows a more chronic
courses.
7 years old female are revered to the Dept. of Pedodontics, College of Dentistry,
Chonbuk National University due to severe tooth mobility on whole dentition. clinical
examination, radiographic and histopathologic finding were used to evaluation of the
lesion.
The purpose of this article is to report a case of histiocyte involving oral cavity and
to review the procedure involved in the diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.
